Morgan’s generosity eclipses the act of writing a check.  Morgan saw Appanoose County fading away, it’s historic treasures succumbing to time, and Exline on the edge of extinction. Morgan's first goal was to save and restore many of these structures, and the next goal included creating viable businesses within these buildings that could maintain themselves while enhancing the community. Morgan’s efforts to restore, replace, and rejuvenate historic landmarks and businesses in Appanoose County have been instrumental in preserving the county’s heritage, livlihood, and pride.
